1) Pray for wisdom for the board of directors as we plan what to do with our limited finances and our few volunteers.
2) Pray for an increase in our membership. We have twenty-four paid members, an increase of one since December.
3) PRAISE! and Prayer needed for our Legislative Workshop in April.
4) Pray for a steady source of funds.
5) Pray for the board of directors’ families.
6) Pray for volunteers to fill our committees. So much more could be accomplished with our committees filled.
7) Prayerfully consider taking one of our empty positions.
8) Pray that the hearts and minds of our legislators, governor and Health Dept. will change in our favor.
9) PRAISE! for new volunteers coming forward to help, including: Jennifer Opbroek (Yankton) prayer committee, Tenille Manning Heier (Aberdeen) newsletter committee, and Cheyenne Winkler (Iowa) who is writing form letters for us.
10) Pray for the Nebraska Friends of Midwives as they continue their efforts.
11) Pray for women who are pregnant and have to go out of state to get care with a midwife or deliver in a hospital when they really want to give birth at home.
12) Pray for Region B coordinator, Cathy VanderVorste from Mansfield who is pregnant with twins due April 7. She plans to deliver with Lisa Hanson, CNM. This is a 3-hour drive for
her. Cathy is having difficulty getting much needed rest.
13) Pray for Joy Dinnel, daughter of Scott & Bridget Dinnel. Joy has Downs Syndrome and has been having seizures. She is slowly getting back to normal.
14) PRAISE! For our 501(c)4 tax exempt status.
15) PRAISE! For Darrel & Francie Smith and Gary and Jill Adherhold for their generous donations.
